Design Professionals Selection
SISK understands each project is unique and assists the Owner in the selection of the appropriate design professional for the project. This includes firms such as the Expediter, Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP design firm, Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Lighting Designer, Elevator Consultant, Acoustic Design Consultant, Environmental Firm, Fire Code Consultant, etc.
Preconstruction and Estimating
We work with the owner early in the design process to establish what will be required for the construction effort and develop preliminary costs. This task is of paramount importance and becomes an iterative process while the team converges on a balance between the budget and final design.
Preliminary Scheduling
SISK can produce a preliminary schedule in-house which will provide an estimate of how long the project should take to be completed. This is a valuable item when formulating your pro-forma and in the selection of the construction firm.
