Kenneth Sisk, PE, M.ASCE

Kenneth Sisk, P.E. is an executive in the construction, engineering and consulting arena. Ken possesses a deep level of contacts in the real estate and construction community of the NY/NJ metropolitan area, and possesses a deep understanding of the real estate development process. Having experience in both construction and multi-disciplinary engineering firms in the region, he has a firm grasp of all of the services required by real estate developers, construction managers, and design professionals. In his career of more than 25 years, Ken has attained experience in real estate development, construction management, civil engineering, land development, project management, and business development in the North East. With Professional Engineering Licenses in three states and degrees in Civil Engineering and Management/Finance, Ken’s background is impressive in both depth and diversity. Ken is the owner of Sisk Construction Consulting and Sisk Engineering, and has acquired and developed properties with his personal capital. As a result, Mr. Sisk’s experience provides him with the background required to understand the needs of his clients which include developers, property owners, construction managers, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors.

Ken believes in life long learning, and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Structural Engineering from Villanova University. He obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from NJIT, and his Bachelors in Management/Finance from Rutgers University. He has a passion for working on adaptive reuse projects of older structures, is an avid ocean kayak fisherman. Ken was also an adjunct instructor for a Real Estate Development class at the NYU Schack Institute for Real Estate in NYC.
